I recently bought a home in May of 2022. Right from the start it was clear that finding Patti was the right move for me. She was on top of everything. When I wanted to look at homes, she let me know when it was possible, and scheduled multiple viewings in a row in certain areas. Her communication around this was impeccable.
Throughout the process she was always available and always willing to chat, flex, and do what was required to support my finding a home. She also supported me in my search without any sort of pressure to buy, always telling me that I had to be comfortable with the final decision.
The house I bought went off the market. It was too bad at that time, as I had showed her and asked about it. But the deal had fallen through and that same day she contacted me let me know that, and told me she had already booked us for a 9 am showing the next day! If it wasn’t for her dedication, communication, and being on top of things, we could have easily missed this. I was so grateful to have found her! She is like a dog on a bone! Never gives up or surrenders to anything, always on top things.
Patti was always very patient and willing to talk. I am the type of person that asks many questions, so she was always willing to take the time to answer.
More importantly Patti surrounds herself with a good team, and good people, and that made the process even more fluid and enjoyable. From the lawyer to help me close the transaction(Richard L Cragg), to the home inspector (Allan Berdahl at Aarlan Home Inspection), and the company that reviewed my condo docs (Norm Wilkinson CDRA INC), it was an absolute pleasure to deal with these people, and so easy. They were also very patient and took the time to answer my questions. Patti works with the best. I would use all these people again.
So if you are looking to buy, or sell, Patti should be your choice. There are many in real estate, but there are few that live and breath it, and are this dedicated. That is Patti, and early in my search I can’t say all agents that I reached out to have the qualities I outlined above. But that’s Patti, and that is why you choose her when you are in the market.

Once we were ready she came in & gave us a lot of hints to stage our home (which worked, we sold in 1-1/2 days). She kept us posted on all the updates right away. Patti I feel went above & beyond her realtor duties. She made a few special trips to our home for one reason or another. Patti gave us names of companies to help us from movers, cleaners etc... Patti even took stress off me by booking the RPR & home inspection.

You gave us what advice we needed right from getting ready to list to the closing of the sale. You kept us updated on everything that was happening which was awesome.
